Why sign up?

I've been helping many people within exercise for many years now. Most of you know what a personal trainer is and may have even had experience with one. Well online coaching is like having a personal trainer but more often than that 1 hour slot a week.

I've fallen in love with helping people both in the gym and outside of it by enjoying exercise and making the steps to fat-loss easy and simple (no complicated no-carb diets here), so you can take these healthy habits long into the future as well as the understanding on how to lead a healthier lifestyle.

I've been in the situation before where I wanted to make changes but got stuck following things I didn't really know, feeling a bit too shy to venture into the weights area; but found a super simple way to lose the weight and walk into the gym knowing exactly what to do and started enjoying my training again!

And that's just what I want to help others with; via my online coaching I aim to help as many women as I can learn to enjoy exercise, gain confidence in the gym (or at home!) and lose weight in a sustainable way.

Before starting, a lot of what I saw online was very basic and nothing that easy to follow. But since starting with Kelly, I’ve been able to complete all my workouts and get into a rhythm with them. The weekly check ins were super helpful getting things in place and the app is great for explaining the exercises with no one there to specifically show you.
